Reservations

To reserve your spot in line we have a formal reservation process so that you know exactly where you are in line.    If you're not quite sure you're ready, you can be added to the "just interested" list and we will email you with information as it comes.

Our reservation program lets you  reserve your spot in line by going through the full application process which includes the online application, review, phone or video interview, and acceptance.  Once that is complete we will tell where you are in line and take the $400 normal reservation.  Until we have confirm pregnancy via ultrasound, that reservation is fully refundable.

We will communicate with you once we are in heat and then you  have until 2 days after we communicate confirmation of the pregnancy via ultrasound (usually at week 4 of the gestation) to give your final decision.  If you are as excited as we are and ready to go, then the reservation becomes a non-refundable deposit at that point.  If you decide that its not the right time for you, we will offer to let you move down the list or get a refund of your reservation.
