Getting Started
As we approach a breeding season, we will send out a message to our interested families. When reservations open, we will go through the full application process:
• Online application
• Application review
• Phone or video interview / Q&A
• Acceptance
Securing Your Reservation
Once accepted, we will collect a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Your deposit locks in your priority for sex (male or female). Our puppies are $3,000 total, with the remaining balance due before your puppy goes home.
During the Pregnancy
We will communicate with you at every milestone along the way:
• When the dam goes into her heat cycle
• After the ultrasound
• After the x-ray
• At birth — to confirm you have a puppy in the litter
Puppy Matching
After the puppies are born and we can evaluate temperaments, our team will match each puppy to the family that's the best fit. We consider temperament, energy level, and what you've shared with us about your home and lifestyle. This approach is standard among well-established breeders and leads to better outcomes for both families and puppies.
Introduction Saturday
At six weeks, we host an Introduction Saturday where reserved families come to meet the puppies and see their match in person. Puppies go home at eight weeks.
After You're Matched
Once matched, new owners will be added to our private owners group. There you can see litters past, ask questions, and this is where we will drop loads of pictures and videos.
What If There Aren't Enough Puppies?
If we have more reserved families than puppies, we will happily refund your deposit — or you can choose to keep your reservation in place, which rolls to the next litter and gives you a higher spot in the selection process.
If we have more puppies than reserved families, we will reach out to our interested list and go through the full process with additional families.
